With a residential portfolio of around 160 houses to rent around the Welshpool and Montgomery areas, we offer a range of properties from cottages to farmhouses. This includes a wide selection of period properties that have been enhanced and maintained to meet modern-day living standards, along with several 20th-century properties for those after a slightly more contemporary style.
Our residential properties are in very high demand but when one does become available, we will make every effort to help you find a home that meets your needs. If you’re looking for a house to rent in and around the towns of Welshpool, Montgomery or the nearby village of Chirbury, please contact the Estate Office or scroll down for more information on our application process.
People and place are at the heart of the Estate, which is why we take care to manage our commercial properties in a way that benefits the local economy and our communities.
We offer a selection of commercial premises for rent, which range from offices, shops and pubs to light industrial units converted from traditional agricultural buildings. Our commercial premises are in high demand and tenants tend to stay with us for the long term. However, we do have properties to rent from time to time so if you would like to be part of our business community, then contact the Estate Office for more information.
